Position Details:

Location: Our US Creative team is primarily based in Chicago, but we encourage candidates from NYC, Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, and Seattle markets to apply. Think you're the right fit but reside elsewhere? Let's talk—we will consider remote rockstars, too.

Start Date: ASAP

Travel: Presentations, working sessions, team gatherings, and presence at on-site activations are expected, up to 10%.

Commitment: The successful candidate will work and track 40 hours per week. However, our dynamic creative environment is not your traditional 9-5. We regularly operate across time zones, deadlines, and production schedules. This is made possible thanks to the shared trust, commitment, and accountability of team members. We require flexibility to accommodate project needs but respect the need for work-life balance, well-being, and personal passions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate and lead brainstorming sessions to generate big ideas that address brief requirements.
• Craft compelling copy for headlines, body text, captions, scripts, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and producers to actualize creative visions.
• Develop an understanding of the nuances of event production.
• Bring a passion for strategy, insights, and innovation.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Apply business acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, sharing, and collaboration.
