Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Provide personalized solutions to meet the unique requirements of each customer, family, or business.
• Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support store operations and assist leadership as needed.
• Consistently achieve sales goals and performance indicators (KPIs) to earn additional bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service with honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong social media presence is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to store locations as needed.
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the assigned store location.
• Proficiency with personal computers.
• Ability to adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a professional appearance.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Capability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking tasks.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods to deliver top-tier customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions thoroughly and solve problems effectively under pressure.
