Description:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Sr Principal Cost Estimating Analyst to join our dynamic team. Our multidisciplinary financial analysis and estimating team enables activities from development to sustainment by providing accurate cost estimates and financial insights. The Sr Principal Cost Estimating Analyst will be responsible for supporting cost estimation efforts across multiple programs and ensuring compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
Responsibilities include analyzing cost data, developing cost models, and preparing cost estimates for various projects. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and procurement, to gather necessary data and provide detailed cost assessments. The Sr Principal Cost Estimating Analyst will also be responsible for documenting cost methodologies, presenting findings to leadership, and ensuring the integrity of cost data.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring compliance with customer and government requirements, maintaining cost databases, supporting proposal development, and contributing to process improvements within the cost estimating function. The candidate must exhibit excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and market conditions when determining base salary offers.
Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and long-term incentives. Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, company-paid holidays, and paid time off.
