Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Offer personalized solutions to meet the requirements of individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leadership with store operations and tasks as needed.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Job Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service with integrity and honesty.
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Availability to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Residence within 30 minutes of the assigned store location.
• Flexibility to work in different locations within the district if needed.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Adherence to the company’s Team Color policy while maintaining a professional appearance.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking tasks.
• Prolonged standing for extended periods to deliver exceptional customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
