Position Overview: The Area Vice President plays a critical role in driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence across assigned markets. This position oversees all Territory Managers, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the AVP collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic targets and elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee and manage Territory Managers across multiple markets.
• Achieve assigned sales and KPI goals for all locations.
• Maintain high levels of customer service to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor operations to ensure inventory and cash accuracy across all stores.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Lead the delivery of training programs for sales teams and management.
• Coordinate grassroots marketing initiatives to support growth objectives.
• Drive the consistent execution of company policies and initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to enhance the employee and customer experience.

Accountabilities & Performance Measures:

• Meet or exceed sales, profit, and strategic objectives.
• Ensure timely implementation of sales targets and performance metrics.
• Allocate resources effectively, including technology and training.
• Provide accurate, timely reports for sales performance analysis.
• Support the achievement of strategic goals as defined by senior management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of senior multi-unit management experience; bilingual skills preferred.
• Experience managing 50-80 retail locations in the wireless or quick-service restaurant industry.
• Proven track record in wireless retail or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong skills in people development, problem-solving, and analytics.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
