Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Provide personalized wireless solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket with professionalism and integrity.
• Assist leadership with daily store operations and tasks.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Passion for customer service with a high level of honesty and integrity.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Active social media presence is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work at multiple store locations within the district.
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer.
• Adherence to Mobilelink’s Team Color policy with a neat, professional appearance.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Frequent bending, squatting, and stretching for inventory and stocking tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods to provide outstanding customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions to completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
