Description:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to support our multidisciplinary foundry team. This role will enable activities from development to sustainment process engineering, ensuring effective cost and schedule control across semiconductor technology operations, including design, mask making, wafer fabrication, testing, and assembly.
The Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing program cost and schedule baselines. The individual will work closely with engineering, finance, and program management teams to ensure accurate reporting, risk assessment, and compliance with customer and company requirements.
Administrative and technical responsibilities include cost and schedule analysis, financial forecasting, variance analysis, resource allocation, and reporting. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles, preparing program performance reports, and supporting audits and customer reviews. The candidate must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $83,300.00 - $124,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long-Term Incentives. Additional benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
