Position: Associate Creative Director (Experiential/Integrated)

Role Overview: As an Associate Creative Director, you will bring big, bold ideas to life. We seek a strategic thinker and creative craftsman with a passion for compelling storytelling and flawless execution. You will challenge conventional thinking, discover unique creative solutions, and deliver outstanding results while driving exceptional brand experiences.

Location: Our US Creative team is primarily based in Chicago, but we encourage applicants from NYC, Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, and Seattle. Remote candidates with exceptional qualifications will also be considered.

Start Date: ASAP

Travel: Up to 10% for presentations, working sessions, team gatherings, and on-site activations.

Commitment:

• 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate creative ideas across various mediums.
• Lead projects from concept development through production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, producers, and client service teams.
• Develop content for digital, social, PR, and retail platforms.
• Prepare and present compelling pitches.
• Provide hands-on support and strategic guidance as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Participate in team development, training, and culture-building.

Qualifications:

• 5 –10 years of progressive agency experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong background in art or copy.
• Passion for idea generation and innovative thinking.
• Experience in experiential marketing and live events.
• Adaptable skill set to manage diverse project types, including B2B, conferences, and sampling.
• Awareness of trends and a commitment to knowledge sharing.
• Experience with technology-driven clients.
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Deep understanding of brand voice and visual language.
• Culturally curious with a passion for trends in technology, music, television, and more.
